Part-Time Bookkeeper Position Available.
AVC Communications is looking for a part time bookkeeper at
it's main offices in Cambridge. Candidates for this position
should be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Candidates must be able to prioritize, multitask and work
with minimal supervision.
Candidates must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented. Duties include filing, ordering supplies, commissions reporting, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. Hours are generally 8am to 1pm Monday-Friday but some flexibility might be possible.
Other duties will include: Light filing & answering phones, manage company expense receipts and enter receipts into QuickBooks, maintain timesheets, assist processing company payroll, processing invoices and statements, and some possible collections.
